- LWlogan wilsonNov 8, 20251.0the nurse practitioner did not take my concerns seriously. i came in two weeks ago because i was not feeling well and was complaining about fluids in my chest as well as a terrible cough. tested me for covid and flu then was prescribed an ALLERGY medication for what he said was a VIRAL infection so of course i never got better. he never listened to my heart or breathing either. fast forward to yesterday, i go to a different kroger little clinic and these nurses took me completely serious and found out i’ve had untreated pneumonia! first thing she did was listen to my heart and lungs when i was telling her about what was going on. this clinic wasn’t warm nor friendly feeling and i truly recommend going to a different location if you want to be taken seriously and prescribed the proper medication. :) it was a waste of my time, money, and energy.

- JSJoshua SamuelMar 31, 20211.0Went in on Monday for a yearly TB test, staff was great and so was the Nurse Practitioner. Came back Wednesday to have my test read, receptionist had a terrible attitude, said she needed to put all my info in again and create the appointment, they booked my appointment two days prior so this was total nonsense. Then Kari Kleinman the nurse practitioner on for this day came out from playing on her phone in the back with an even worse attitude. Saying these are there policies and to live with it or go somewhere else. Trust me I will go somewhere else. Avoid them at all cost, terrible attitudes, slow service due to them always on their phone. Kroger has some really good Nurse Practioners, Kari is not one of them!
