My daughter had a sick appt scheduled and forgot her ID since she recently turned 18 and it skipped her mind it might be needed. SHES SICK!! It really skipped mine too since she wasn’t the responsible billing party. We live 5 min away from the location. We asked if she could be checked in and seen. I would run back to the house and get the ID, mind you we were also there prior to our appt time by 10 min!!!! They also had no one waiting to be seen, JUST US!!! She is considered an adult per the lady so my presence wasn’t needed. We were quickly told she had to be cancelled. I’d understand if we lived far away, if insurance was an issue or if the ID was truly needed for billing purposes. They would bill me!! It’s just a way to cancel the appt since it’s close to their lunch time and us not inconvenience them. Meanwhile she’s sick, but who cares!! If you’re sick you’d be better served to go elsewhere they do not care. RUDE RUDE RUDE! They should really just close. Better off to go a little further to New Cut. This place is trash!!!
- EPE PhillipsMar 21, 20245.0Went there yesterday because I had strep throat. It was a little wait but everyone is sick right now. The dr took his time with me, really friendly and kind. Bonus its right next door to kroger pharmacy so I got my prescription in 15 minutes after visit.
