- JDJAY DNov 13, 20245.0My appointment was at 11:15 . I arrived 10 minutes early and was registered by the nicest lady . Within seconds I was brought back . The staff were amazing ! Had me in and out by 11:30. Clean , professional, and efficient!

Had an attitude the whole time, not helpful or informative, and slammed equipment on the counter while taking my vitals. She should really find a new job that doesn’t deal with the public. The NP was nice though.

Chills, etc) she was just like “so what do you want us to do?” Like seriously?! They took him back and tested him for Covid/flu/strep. Not even a minute later the dr comes rushing in, looks at test and says all negative and probably viral. Did a 20 second exam and gave him a school note. Next day I tested him at home and he was positive for covid. I shop at this Kroger and never see the clinic busy, I guess based on my experience and all the reviews is the reason. Get better, caring staff!

This is the worst place ever. I will find a corporate executive and file complaint to highest level. Don't give this place your business
