- SSsara simonJul 29, 20211.0Lina the receptionist was rude. Online status said they were not busy and welcomed walk-ins. But when we checked in, the computer said it would be a 7 hour wait. Lina irritatedly said she could only squeeze us in if an appointment did not show up.

Thought it might be a cold, but just wanted to make sure it wasn’t the flu or anything too serious. After waiting for over an hour and then being skipped over as they let someone else in before me, I was finally seen. All I have is a cold, but they prescribed me a steroid and an antibiotic that is meant to treat a cough. I do not have a cough. Also, steroids aren’t meant to treat a cold. I find it deeply concerning that I, someone who has never been to med school or nursing school knows more about basic prescriptions than someone whose career greatly depends on this basic knowledge. I listed all of my symptoms and it was like Bryan Trent didn’t listen at all. His lack of knowledge could do much more harm than good. I will never be returning to the little clinic, until they hire someone who actually knows what they’re doing. If I could give zero stars I would.
