Really should’ve read reviews first-
TLDR: absolutely use this clinic if you don’t want to get what you need.
I’m writing this after three strikes where I was told that my prescription wasn’t ready and that I needed to come the next day. I’ll avoid using names but I came in on 1/13, 1/15 and 1/16. Let me set the scene: on Friday my prescription was ordered and I stopped in that evening and was told there was an insurance hold and that it would be ready on Monday the 13th. I completely get that and that is not their fault. However what happened next is that I came in on Monday and had a good experience with a respectful and kind tech who said it simply wasn’t ready and I could come in later. Next I walk/tarc for 45 minutes from campus housing to Kroger because my car will not start in the cold. I was met with a very blunt tech who rudely greeted me with “Whats your date of birth” after looking around, they said it wasn’t ready and that because they were the only tech, they weren’t willing to fill it in the last hour and a half of being open. Granted, they had three days to fill it, not just the last hour before close. I took my losses and walk/ride back to my housing. The final straw is when I stopped in today. I was greeted by a very kind and helpful new tech who explained it was their first day. They looked around and helped me find out that my prescription wasn’t ready STILL. I asked if I could speak to someone about my situation and find out what I could do to get my simple prescription and had a more experienced tech set the pickup to tomorrow. This is now one whole week after the date it was ordered and I still don’t have my prescription. I will definitely be changing pharmacies and would love to see whatever change needs to happen that makes someone actually care. There were techs that were really helpful and there were ones that weren’t. I don’t think it’s any one person’s fault, however something has got to change as you can surely tell by this review and the others like it. If I go back tomorrow and find that my prescription is still not filled out of laziness or lack of attention to ticket times, I’ll surely be having a conversation with management about what to do to get this changed. Please don’t use this pharmacy; students I know it’s close and convenient but please consider going somewhere else.

Caitlin Birlingmair (NP) and Alex Willians (PCT) were both kind, respectful, and efficient. Wait time was three minutes tops (for computer data entry/confirmation) and my diagnosis was equally swift. Tests for sore throat were thorough, encompassing all current concerns of strep/flu/covid. A brief look also confirmed no tonsillitis. I walked in concerned that something would prevent me from performing upcoming concerts but I walked away assured that this cold will pass.

They don't answer their phone. It was supposed to be 3 days for covid results and it's currently been 7 days with zero answers
