On December 19, 2025 I went into the Good Foot Store seeking possible fix for fallen arches. I quickly ushered into a high pace quickly changing sales pitch of various products needed to help correct my issues. Once I appeared to like the product it was on to the product package costs. The least expensive was $1,477.00 for three (3) prefabricated inner soles, three (3) shoe inserts, and three (3) pair of low profile socks! Enchanted with the correction possibilities, I agreed to the package. At that point I was quickly rushed to the payment counter fast as the sales person quietly mentioned that they do not do refunds! I questioned that policy and was told that it is a lifetime support package with free replacements of any broken insert. I hesitated as the invoice was placed in front of me seeking a form of payment. I hesitantly paid the invoice and the sales person asked that I sign their copy of the receipt, afterwards reiterating that no refunds will be honored for any reason! As I gathered my purchases and left the store, the sales person stated that he would call me on Monday to see how things are going! I never received a call from the sales person and fears became a reality when I checked the BBB reviews for The Good Foot Store. My gut feeling throughout the sales process was to run, but I set that feeling aside due to my foot pain. Bad Bad mistake! It is my opinion that The Good Foot Store knows that their product is inferior and does nothing to help the weary and vulnerable customers. That is why they push the products so hard and fast to keep the customer off guard. I purchased approximately $100.00 worth of product and paid a supreme price of over $1,400.00. The product is not helping and must now take the walk of shame with other abused purchasers of their products! Shameful business and business practices, in my opinion!
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
What types of pain can The Louisville Good Feet Store's arch supports help relieve?
