  Would give it a 5 but the time it closes way too early wish they could've make it 24 hours but the staff is pretty chill and the equipments are nice

  So several months ago this facility was under remodel. The did not have any access to the tanning beds for several months. That was the only reason I was paying for the black card so that I could go to tan. I went into the store and they explained what was happening and offered to lower my bill because I explained I was not going to pay for something that they could not give me. So they lowered my account to the basic gym membership about $15 a month. I then explained that I wasn't actually coming to the gym to work out I was only using it to tan so they said they could freeze my account until the remodel was done. I walked away feeling good about the situation because I saved myself money while keeping my account in good standing frozen until I came back. Needless to stay they continue to charge me every month. So I called the store. The guy I spoke to was pretty rude and he told me that I did not freeze my account and there was nothing he could do about it I asked if I could talk to the owner or a manager and he explained he was a manager and that the owner would not care. I told him I did not want to have an account with them anymore then he said I needed to come in and take care of that. I explain why I came in before to have my account frozen and that didn't happen and I'm not available to come in. I just simply don't want to do business with them anymore. I've literally been coming there for years and will never come in there ever again now. So months and months later they are still trying to get money from me every month. I have permanently blocked this merchant from my card and getting all of my money returned. MORAL OF THE STORY? IF YOU CAN'T LIVE UP TO YOUR END OF THE CONTRACT AND SOMEONE'S PAYING FOR SERVICE YOU CANNOT PROVIDE SUCH AS TANNING BEDS YOUR CUSTOMER SHOULD NOT HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH HOOPS TRYING TO MAKE SURE THAT THEIR ACCOUNT IS FROZEN UNTIL YOU HAVE TANNING BEDS AGAIN. WHILE CONTINUALLY CHARGING SOMEONE AFTER THEY'VE REQUESTED THEIR ACCOUNT TO BE FROZEN. NONE OF THIS IS MY FAULT AND YOU'RE NOT GETTING ANOTHER DIME DOLLAR OR TIME FOR ME EVER AGAIN. I imagine I'm not the only customer that's gotten screwed over at this location. It's a shame you can hide behind a corporate name when they don't know what you're doing with their customers as well. I will never use planet fitness ever again simply because of one merchant.

  Multi billion dollar company cant even invest to get tinted or even mirrored windows. Turned me off from getting a membership here completely. Who knows how many creeps are sitting in a BUSY parking lot watching people work out, especially at night. Is safety not a priority?

  Great atmosphere, plenty of gym equipment for each person, the employees were friendly and helpful. I would recommend Planet Fitness as a regular addition to your daily workout experience.
