Wonderful staff, fixed my glasses where the nose pieces don’t hurt my nose and put one of the lenses back on where it sticking out. Before that they replaced the frames on my glasses that I had a warranty on. Love Lens Crafters.

I came to LensCrafters as I always do, to receive great customer service. As I arrive I asked Gerri if they still carried Tory Burch she stated LensCrafters has not carried Tory Burch for over (3) years. I stated that cannot be true I purchase Tory Burch Aviator frames in early 2025 Gerri continued to debate me and then Gerri stated you must have order the frames. I stated I tried them on in the store this year ~ she started with the debate as if I was not being honest and the debated still not not stop. How rude!
The was rude, I went on to ask her if I could pay what the manager had written on the business card she stated I had to wait for him to come in. Finally I had to explain to her you talk so low but you continue to debate me, she would not stop I told her I don’t like her attitude she stated oh well I get excellent reviews and she continue to debate me in a behavior that was so inappropriate and I told her you going to make me swear in here and Gerri continued to debate me even after paid for my eyeglasses and as I was walking out the door, I was felt singled out because she was not welcoming at all due to the fact of me purchasing Tory Burch frame that I purchased in early 2025 telling me I did not purchase in the store I must have purchased the frames at Ferncreek, I have no ideal of where Ferncteek is. As I was exiting the store the debate continue as I was being singled out in front of the customers ~ she had a customer in front of her and she still continued to debate me as I went out LenCrafters. Really!!!

Gerri was amazing! I was going out of the country for two months (in less than a week!!) and my glasses and sunglasses were both damaged and bent out of shape. When I asked her if they did repairs she didn’t ask “did you get them here?!?”. She just graciously said “absolutely”. She reminded me that LensCrafters is not responsible for any damage or breaking because they weren’t LensCrafters lenses. I was completely okay with that. So she spent the time repairing my glasses frames and talking to me about why my current glasses look so good on me and fit my face so well. So, OF COURSE, I started looking at lenses while I’m waiting! When I get back in the country, I’ll be back for an eye exam and new lenses and frames! She was fantastic to work with. Thanks Gerri!!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
