I am currently in another state caring for my sister with advanced pancreatic cancer and I knocked my glasses off of a table and stepped on them in the dark. I called and spoke with Kendra who looked up my prescription and told me that since I had a protection plan, she could order new glasses and have them sent to me. I’m so profoundly grateful! I was actually calling to see if another LensCrafters would have access to my records but Kendra took care of everything! I’ve always been very pleased with LensCrafters at The Paddock Shops for all of my eye care needs. I will continue to be a very happy customer at that location!!
