- SCSydnie ConklinSep 16, 20251.0Had a great encounter with a sweet pharmacist Desiree who had to get help for a difficult situation and was I met with the rudest lady, working in customer service just doesn’t seem like the best fit for her. The more experienced pharmacist, I’m unsure of her position, argued with me on clear instructions my health care provider gave and not once tried to be helpful or solve the situation. Experienced staff can be very argumentative, rude, and dismissive. If kroger didn’t have the better discounts for medication I would have switched long ago.
