I'm sure there are very nice snd caring people working here, but I wouldn't know because no one will pick up the phone. They wouldn't answer the phone for me or my doctor to the point I had to send my prescription to a different pharmacy. They lied and told me they couldn't look up the availability of my prescription since they were out, improperly filled what part of the prescription they DID fill, and overall were unhelpful. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is peoples lives and well-being at stake here and it is unacceptable.

Kroger Pharmacy is super convenient! The staff are friendly and helpful, and picking up prescriptions is usually quick and easy. Love that it’s right inside the store — makes running errands so much easier.

I do not have a big problem with the pharmacy. They seem to have the same issues that others have
My problem was that when I spoke about how poorly they were rated they said, “ I don’t care” and then proceeded to tell me my prescription was not available. I pointed out that not caring may be the reason their rating was so low. The Kroger rep. simply shrugged and smirked.

I really don't want to leave a star. I called to transfer my mom's prescriptions to a different pharmacy and after three or four calls was told I needed to go the new pharmacy and then call them back. What sense does that make? I didn't have to do that when I transferred her scripts there last year. Never going back to this pharmacy again!

The bad reviews are fair. On several occasions my prescription has been out of stock. I can never reach them by phone and my voicemails are never returned, so I have to physically drive to them to have the prescription removed from “in progress” so that another pharmacy can call them to have it transferred. They always seem surprised that I would hope they might answer the phone when I call. They also seem surprised that I would like to have the antibiotic I need to cure an infection on the day my doctor calls in the prescription to them. If they just took some ownership, I would be understanding. Just don’t use this pharmacy.
