  It took them 5 days to put 14 pills in 1 bottle. If you have any and I mean ANY other place to send your prescriptions to, plz do. This place is SUPER DEE DUPER SLOW. Customer service is "okay" ...some of the younger ppl have lil dudes but other than that....super super sloooooooow.

  took over 24 hrs to fill FLU meds, then only filled them after i called 7 times (answered on the last time). on top of that they never inform me when my meds are ready, im informed only when they have received the prescription.

  Super kind pharmacist answered the phone on 12/6. The location I normally use wouldn’t have my medication for 4 days (again, even though I’ve filled it there every month for a year). I couldn’t get my regular location to answer or call back so I called the Breckinridge Ln location. The pharmacist answered, was so FRIENDLY and efficient over the phone, had the medication and called the other location to get them to release the script so he could fill it. I called at 220p, they closed at 3p and it was ready before they closed. Looks like they’ve had a lot of bad reviews but I had the best experience I’ve had at a pharmacy since Covid. Pharmacists spend their best years in school (just like doctors), don’t get paid a fraction of what doctors do and their minds are brilliant. Nowadays they have to work stupid hours for chain pharmacies where their talents are being wasted on giving injections, ringing people up for groceries, and all kinds of ridiculous stuff. I’m a nurse and when I have a medical question, I call a pharmacist. I also worked as a pharmacy tech as a teenager at a local pharmacy and I just LOVED my pharmacists. I learned so much from them. I guess this is a review of that amazing pharmacist from yesterday and my gratitude for pharmacists in general. They’re the real MVPs. lol.

  I'm sure there are very nice snd caring people working here, but I wouldn't know because no one will pick up the phone. They wouldn't answer the phone for me or my doctor to the point I had to send my prescription to a different pharmacy. They lied and told me they couldn't look up the availability of my prescription since they were out, improperly filled what part of the prescription they DID fill, and overall were unhelpful. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is peoples lives and well-being at stake here and it is unacceptable.
