  This pharmacy never has medications on time. People need their medication and this is a poorly ran pharmacy. Always has an excuse.

  Tasha Brower is the worst employee at the pharmacy in Kroger. She is very unprofessional and unhelpful. Definitely changing pharmacies after dealing with her. She needs to be fired. My prescription was sent in over a week ago, called yesterday because they were still not ready. Called today and she told me she couldn’t fill them. Was extremely rude.

  Rank incompetence. Spent 45 minutes waiting on them to check their phone messages from 3 hours prior just to be told they don’t even have the med I needed

  My prescription was sent in on Monday showed up Saturday and they were closed for no reason all day. Showed up Sunday and they said they didn’t have it ready and to come back later. Came back later and they said they tried to call me (bs) they don’t even have it in stock. I had to “try” to transfer it to Walgreens. Walgreens said they had been trying for 2 days to get them to answer their phone! Five minutes before close I I was able my prescription transferred! Then after I received my prescription from Walgreens, I paid nothing for it! Kroger was making me pay $25!
