So after I wait in line for 30+ minutes, I am left with leaving the store SICK with no medicine. Shannon and the younger guy basically shrugged their shoulders at me - as I’m in tears because I feel so awful :) I hope they do not have to experience strep throat and not being able to get meds the doctor called in TEN hours before. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk. ❤️
- BMBrennan McMahanMar 6, 20234.0Pharmacists are always very friendly and helpful. If someone isn't at counter they will acknowlege you and say 'just a socond'. But the lady that answers phone when I've called the last couple times is rude and unhelpful. She speaks very 'flat' and does not acknowlege things. Difficult to explain but not personable and seems like your wasting her time. My script wasn't available and she just told me it needed prior auth but didn't offer any next step or advise me on what to do. I said I'd call MD office and no response. No, 'that's what you should do' or even 'okay', nothing, lol.

Last night after standing in line with a twisted up back, was told by CSR that my prescription was not ready, suppose to be ready at 5. At little after 6 was told that I was on wait list. Am I suppose to wait in that 8 deep line just to find out it’s still not ready? It didn’t use to be like this.
