  Would give 0 stars if I could. The girl that answered the phone today was super rude. The customer service… terrible. Hung up in my face and didn’t want to answer any questions. Why do y'all hire people that don’t want to do their job. Do better !

  I would give this place a zero if I could. The pharmacy tells you when you can pick up your pain medication which is passed the 30 days refill time was over the pick up date. My doctor told me that I was passed the refill time. And I can pick up my meds on the 6th. I went on the 5th to get the meds processed so it can be picked up. Went back on the 7th to pick up but was told you can’t pick them up until 3-4 days later. I called my doctor back to tell her what I was told. She said but you’re passed your refill date and you are completely out of meds. So she checked the kasper system according to the system I was due to pick up my pain meds. Went back on the 8th to try to clear this up. But the pharmacy said that I couldn’t get them for a couple more days. I got mad because they won’t give you your pain meds when the doctor and Kasper system verified that I could get my meds. So I ended up going out of town without my pain meds 😡😡😡I had to go a whole week without them. I understand that they have to regulate narcotics but I’m not addicted to any drugs. They I guess they treat everyone like you are a addicted to opioids 😡😡😡

  This store gives Kroger a bad name and it has people begging in front you have to clutch your pearls and your purse. Then you have to always wait 20 - 30 minutes to receive medicine from the pharmacy. Only one person is friendly and the rest act like they are doing you a favor by being there they should tear this store down fire everyone and try again.

  This place is horrible, they act like your time doesn't matter, I came This morning before work to try and get my prescription, and I knew it wouldn't be ready but I just wanted to get an estimated time so that I could take my lunch and grab it, ling story short they tell me 2pm I wait until 230 to leave work, I get here they tell me its gonna be closer to 330 I said I asked that lady this morning she said for sure it would be ready at 2, she tells me have a seat I'll grab it and work on it. An hour and half later is when I finally get my medicine. Cost me 2.5 hours of pay. It's just ridiculous. Why would you tell me a time? And I ask you for sure it would be ready at that time. They need to do better
