- CPCarole PurvisNov 10, 20251.0I was "helped" at the drop off window by Matt, he told me 30 minutes to an hour, then proceeded to NOT put the script in to be filled at all. Thankfully, another employee managed to get it filled in just a few minutes, my thanks to her. Then claimed I "disrespected" him when I never even addressed him at all. Do better, Kroger. And trust me, Matt, we'll not be returning to this pharmacy!

Anytime I've ever had an issue with pricing, the cashier has always taken care of it, without having to hold up the line to get approval from somebody. I can't love this pharmacy anymore, then I do. When I started getting medicare, they gave me more information than social security did. They walked me through everything I needed. Explain the changes and continued to help me until I got it down myself. I wish I could give the pharmacy 10 stars.
- CCCherish ComstockJul 16, 20255.0I went to the Little clinic on New cut road in the Kroger shopping center. Kelly the doctor there was really nice friendly and paid attention to my concerns. The reception is there well I can't tell you her name but I know it started with the b and she's probably the only lady there with that name. I got her name but I can't remember what I did with the receipt. Two friendly people the receptionist was absolutely wonderful and got me back on time which was excellent! And Kelly the physician was very attentive! I need to use them I'll be going back
