  This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. The only reason I use it is because my doctor doesn’t deal with my regular pharmacy. This place never answers their phone tells you to come pick up a medication at a certain time you get there for them to tell you it can’t be picked up yet but the worst part is they never answer the phone and then it goes to voicemail and they want you to leave three pages of information for them to return your call

  Closed at all times no matter when you go or what day. I've tried multiple tines during their posted schedule with no success. If this place was permanently closed down, everyone in Louisville would rejoice.

  It feels like every time I try to go to this pharmacy it is closed, Google clearly states that the hours which were updated four weeks ago are from 9 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday but every time I go around five the pharmacies closed. It’s really inconvenient to not be able to get medicine and then get sent reminders to pick up but every time you try to pick up you can’t

  I've been going there for ten years, and even with occasional issues, I depend on them and trust them. They have a tough job!

  (disclaimer: The workers are trying their best) Can’t ever reach the pharmacy. They won’t accept or respond to your calls. Sometimes, you’ll be on hold and the call will drop. I feel bad for the people working there. I’m sure they’re nice and hard working, but every month, I’m without my meds for several days as they take their time to fill it & I can’t get ahold of them.
