  Been waiting 5 days for medication. They never answer their phone you have to waste gas going up there and have to wait in line 45 to 60 minutes in lI ne. Staff is extremely rude

  Absolutely Terrible and unprofessional, unprofessional service I have EVER experienced. See I have mental health problems, that I want and need to take care of unfortunately I HAVE to resort to medication. All fine and dandy right? Well not too them! These medications will make you “withdrawal” so to speak. Not a “drug head” by the way… That was what Kroger Pharmacy in Valley station said & made me feel. I have fought with them for MONTHS, on these concerns. Nothing has been done. I called the pharmacist board to report, I’ve called Kroger cooperation, as well as many other place’s to get this fixed. Nothing has been resolved. I’m beyond frustrated! Trying to keep my cool on top of dealing with these incompetent individuals! I’m done. This is not in any way healthy for ANYONE but then you mess with everyone’s medicine as far as I can see. Fix it Kroger do freaking better. You all have fallen off and probably should figure it out before you lose more people than what you have bargained for. -sincerely, A concerned Patient-

  It took them 2 weeks to get my insulin in stock and almost 1 1/2 for my congestion heart failure meds. My Drs tell me they call in the prescription and leave a mess on the machine put pharmacy would say the never got. Also they sent the prescription refill med to the wrong Dr several times after I and the insurance co told them who to send it to. I'm going to switch to mail orders when I get a chance

  I think they delete rx bc it’s there on app then gone and said never got it. This time I took picture so know they had it. Also said b ready 1 hour after 3 hrs still not ready. If they even answer phone, if u don’t get their name, no one admits to talking to you. I have already changed to different Kroger. I’m done w these People.

  On several occasions the staff turn on the closed sign to prevent people from coming through the drive thru. When you pull up to the window their on cell phones acting like you inconvenienced them from free time. They try to convince people to utilize the automatic system. That is ok if meds don’t have to be ordered. Waited 10 days for diabetic supplies. Today we waited 45 minutes in the drive thru because it was an hour before lunch and heaven forbid they move with purpose. If it’s life saving or dependent meds don’t go to this location.
