The staff has always answered the phone every time I’ve called, no matter how busy the pharmacy is. They’ve always handled any issue I’ve inquired about although I was VIP status. They’re generally quick at assisting folks in the drive-through. If I require my medicine to be ready earlier than the estimated time, they have always made provisions to have my medicine ready for me earlier than was initially estimated. If I have been unaware of a discount, or my insurance paying for something (like when I was about to purchase a home covid test over the counter, & they let me know my insurance would permit me to receive 4 for free), they always have notified me of these instances. They’re quick and efficient. If one person is doing administrative duties or side work, and they see a line beginning to form, they will jump to open the other register and work to get folks processed through as quickly as possible. I receive controlled substances from my Doctors, and their count has always been 100% accurate, unlike other pharmacies where I’ve had pharmacists literally give me a bottle marked 30 tablets, with only 25 inside. I’ve never had an issue with this Kroger Pharmacy. I am a big fan! Whoever manages them is excellent! And I think every employee deserves a raise! Other Kroger Pharmacies in Louisville could learn from this location. They are quick, professional and genuinely caring!

This was my experience I had earlier this week. It’s only a 2 stars because Kroger has great deals but…
I visited on Tuesday and I got there 15 min after they closed, after leaving directly from immediate care. The woman behind the counter was incredibly rude and out of line in the way she told me they would not help me whatsoever, not even any advice at sending my prescription to a new pharmacy. As a SICK PERSON, I found it completely infuriating and unnecessarily rude and cruel to just dismiss me in such a crazy rude way.
Just disrespectful.

The pharmacy is very short handed. They definitely need more help. I think it's ridiculous to be first one in drive thru and wait 20 minutes just to drop off a script.

Frequently out of the medication to be filled. Long wait time for prescription filling. Very busy pharmacy and staff. I had a very odd and hostile reaction from a pharmacist here today. I will be getting future prescriptions filled at Walgreens.
