This Kroger Pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. The customer service is absolutely terrible. There is a man working there who is consistently rude and seems bothered every time he has to help a customer.
They never answer the phone promptly—it usually rings for at least five minutes before someone picks up. Today, I called at 4:10 to check if my prescription was ready, and I was told it would be ready in an hour. When I arrived, I was told it would take another hour to an hour and a half.
When I tried to explain the situation, the pharmacist himself stormed over to the speaker to take over and was dismissive and rude, speaking as if I hadn’t just explained everything, making me feel unheard and disrespected honestly. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating, and I will not be using this pharmacy ever again.
