  This Kroger Pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. The customer service is absolutely terrible. There is a man working there who is consistently rude and seems bothered every time he has to help a customer. They never answer the phone promptly—it usually rings for at least five minutes before someone picks up. Today, I called at 4:10 to check if my prescription was ready, and I was told it would be ready in an hour. When I arrived, I was told it would take another hour to an hour and a half. When I tried to explain the situation, the pharmacist himself stormed over to the speaker to take over and was dismissive and rude, speaking as if I hadn’t just explained everything, making me feel unheard and disrespected honestly. Overall, this experience was incredibly frustrating, and I will not be using this pharmacy ever again.

  Worse pharmacy I have ever used. They don’t pay attention to details. I have had issues multiple times. Because of them I have had to play phone tag with my primary care and drive to the pharmacy multiple times. I have been off my medication for days now because they messed up on their part. Very frustrating. I switched pharmacies and everything is fine now.

  I would give zero stars if possible. Today is the second time in the row that this pharmacy has told me my prescription is ready. I get here and it is not ready. The person at the counter did not care. Did not take my concerns seriously and basically brushed me off and told me I'll have to come back later. Please use another pharmacy if you are able. This one is not trustworthy to fill prescriptions.

  5 star for the ladies that work in the pharmacy, they are always so sweet and helpful however, 0 for the pharmacy on its own. Nobody ever answers the phone. My insurance just tried to call them and they couldn't even get through after I've spent over 11 min 6 different times today trying to call. They need to hire someone to just answer phones if they don't have time. I think they keep them turned off, because o never hear them ring when I'm up there and there is never more than one person on front of me. No reason they can't answer the phone, at least for insurance companies. There were about 3 months where they had gotten better it for the last 3 or 4 it's awful again. Currently on my 7th call to them today and it's already at 12 min 25 seconds of ringing but no answer! This isn't the right way to treat customers or to run a pharmacy!!!
