  They are never open long enough. They close 3pm on a Saturday? No. That is ridiculously early. 5pm on Sunday too. I drove by and the lunch time is 1 to 1:30, drive thru closed, no one answering. I am filing a complaint to the board of pharmacy. This is ridiculous to be closed this much. You are screwing the public. You want shorter hours, work somewhere else. This is not even reasonable to be closed this much.

  This pharmacy is terrible. I’m sure the employees aren’t getting paid well, majority of my experiences here have been met with rude employees, the hours posted aren’t always abided by, the drive-thru is often marked as closed even though the pharmacy is open, and they take forever to fill prescriptions even for common medications. I only switched to Kroger pharmacy when we moved. Previously used Walmart and never experienced issues like this. It’s convenient but I dread filling my prescriptions here.

  I’ve never actually been a customer of Kroger Pharmacy, but every time I shop at the store, I notice how calm and quiet the pharmacy area is. There’s never a big crowd or long line, which makes me think they either take great care of their customers quickly or I always happen to come at the perfect time! Either way, it always looks well organized and peaceful.
