  I’ve never actually been a customer of Kroger Pharmacy, but every time I shop at the store, I notice how calm and quiet the pharmacy area is. There’s never a big crowd or long line, which makes me think they either take great care of their customers quickly or I always happen to come at the perfect time! Either way, it always looks well organized and peaceful.

  Don't go here for pet prescription, the give all the local vet offices a hard time. My husband watched as the pharmacist placed our vet on hold for 40 mins while no one else was inside(yes there were ppl in the drive thru but it doesnt take every single tech to work 1 window). They(our vet) called him back while he was there and said they had a more trusted place to send the prescription. It was a 10 min drive, and they(NOT KROGER) had it ready when we got there. This makes the 3 times we've had trouble getting a prescription filled for our pet. If they mess up again, we will have ALL our refills moved to another pharmacy.

  Switched over to them when I moved into the area. I will now be switching to a different pharmacy. I have had too much trouble with getting things filled in a timely manor. Dropped off one and was told it would be an hour went back over two hours later and still wasn’t filled. Now I understand things happen and people get busy but I was told that there was no reason why it was even put in a queue to be filled. It could have been filled when I dropped it off. There always seems to be plenty of people working but nothing getting done. The customer service is horrible!!!
