  I would definitely give NO star if I could. Terrible customer service especially from a lady named Pam. Very rude and unknowledgeable. Never have prescriptions on time or in stock. Pharmacy hours are all over the place. They open when they want, under-staffed, long wait times, unprofesstional. I transferred all prescriptions for my household to Meijer on Dixie Hwy. Meijer Pharmacy on Dixie Highway go above and beyond unlike this joke of a pharmacy.

  I definitely am not one to complain much less write a review on a place, it has to be pretty bad for me to do this... So forgive me for my lengthy review... They do not ever answer the phone first off, and if they do it's very rare. If someone does ever pick up it's not answered with a greeting or a nice voice on the other end but a very rude and abrupt person telling me "there are five lines ahead of yours and the wait to hold the line is going to be very lengthy". I was just like, ookayy?? Long story short I held the line over 25 minutes and finally just hung up. All I want to do is inform them that I've had a change in my insurance so I would imagine when I request my refills online it's going to come up flagged or whatever, I don't know... I've got one refill left on my blood pressure medicine that I need refilled ASAP. But for some reason the app online won't refill it, it just keeps saying that it's contacted my physician and is waiting for their response. It's been well over a week since I've had it and every time I go up to that pharmacy the car line for pickup is always jam-packed and the wait is ridiculous. Also if you go and you're not up there at that window 5 minutes before they close they'll put up a huge closed sign in the window even if it's not at the exact closing time. And trust me it is not much better if you go into the store. I don't understand what's up with this particular location because I've never had this issue at any other Kroger to be honest with you. I'm moving soon and thank goodness because I'm switching pharmacies. In hindsight I should have a long time ago. With all this said, the staff that works in there must really be really unhappy with their lives or their jobs or something because they are the rudest customer service people I have come across in a long time and they're always like this! I can't even say that this is an isolated incident in my experiences dealing with them here. They're always very unpleasant, gives you an unapproachable feeling about them, passive-aggressive and rude! Like I'm inconveniencing them or something. And after reading all of the other reviews that people have written in the past about them I now see I'm not the only one that feels this way. Kroger's is a huge company!!! I would imagine they would want do something about this to rectify this ongoing issue in all honesty, I just don't get it. 😞 I'm so frustrated with them right now.

  Normally decent service but the last time not so much. After waiting on the drive thru for 17 minutes, once I got to the window, I was told that the drive thru closed at 6:45. It was 6:47...after being in the line for 17 minutes. Online it says the drive thru closes at 7:00 with the rest of the pharmacy. The drive thru window had nothing posted about closing at 6:45. Looking for a new pharmacy.

  No one answers the phone here. You’ll just be left on hold. Also I was told my daughter’s medication for amoxicillin would be ready within 30 minutes….4 hours later I’m told “we don’t have that in stock”. But when I came into the store to have the pharmacy start the order, they said it would be ready. I will keep my medications at the Flintlock location from now on.
