- AAAccardsFeb 27, 20261.0This Kroger doesn’t even have employees that work. Never answer a phone 99% of the time drive thru isn’t open 99% of the time. They don’t get medications ready on time. You go up there just for the people to get attitudes. Is is not the customers problem they can’t do their job properly they lie to your face about times when you speak to someone. They don’t deserve any stars.

I decided to look up the reviews on Google and I will most definitely be calling to see if I can switch to Walgreens. It won't let me post the screen shots so Look up the reviews, apparently it has been going on a long time.

It goes to a voicemail box and I have never received any return calls out of the 11 messages I have left over the course of 6 months. They have a terrible habit of filling the wrong prescription as well without confirming the correct and current prescription with the provider- WHICH IS AN INDUSTRY STANDARD!!! It is so disturbing to see people employed in the healthcare industry be this negligent and incompetent!!!
