Don't answer the phone. Currently I'm waiting 2 days for them to fill antibiotics because I am sick and unable to drive up to ask them to fill immediately and they won't answer the phone ridiculous

No one at this pharmacy cares about the patients. They are the rudest people I have ever delt with. Most of the time they don't even speak to you. They need an overhaul in this place. People get prescription filled for a reason and they have to deal with these people it is uncalled for. Rude, rude people!!!!!!! And someone needs to do something.

I've been trying to get a certain prescription for over a week. I'm getting a major run around from Kroger. I've called my doctor they said they haven't got a request from kroger. They tell me they sent a request in a week. Ago, this is just ridiculous now.I'm almost out of the medication. And I talked to her kroger representative, and she was so rude.I can't believe this.

Kroger Pharmacy at New Cut Road is the absolute worst. They threaten to call the police if I didn't move back to the end of the line while they prepare 2 additional RX's. When I got to the drive-up window AGAIN, they informed me they had to order 1 of the two and it would be ready tomorrow. They ALWAYS make you come back a second time and it is not acceptable to threaten to call the police on a customer for waiting on their RX's. TERRIBLE!!!
