For some reason I always tell myself I’m never going back here and end up here anyway because it’s next to my house and I want to see in the good In it, but unfortunately I’ve never had a good experience…. It’s either longggg wait times because there’s always so many people that go there or like today I was told prescription would be ready in a hour and 3 hours later not even looked at. Very disappointing especially when you really need the medication.

Rude as hell!!! Let someone that had not been waiting just walk up out of nowhere, skip the whole line & still took care of them before the people that we're already waiting in line.

Only took me calling them 5 times in a row to get an answer..... I just called over and over until someone finally answered. Automated systems flawed. It was a 2 second conversation is my stuff ready, yes. And it took me an hour of calling them over and over just for that information.

I recently moved my prescription from the Kroger on Dixie to this location, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. When I first called, the person didn’t even bother to pull up my information before immediately telling me they didn’t have it. I had to call the Dixie location myself, and they confirmed it had already been sent over.
When I called this Kroger back and asked to speak with the pharmacist before she could hang up on me, suddenly she said, “I’ll pull up your information.” That should have been done the first time. The lack of effort and professionalism here is disappointing. It comes across as very lazy, and patients deserve better care and attention when it comes to something as important as medication.
