  I had to change Pharmacies because the CVS that I had gone to for several several years closed. I thought Kroger's would be a good choice. But it's worse than CVS was as far as getting to talk to a live person not automation. I've tried for about a week (actually a little over a week) to speak to someone in the Pharmacy.The phone rings and rings and rings. I need to speak to a live person in order to explain some things about my prescriptions. I've been waiting for over a week to get my high cholesterol meds.filled. I think they may have filled it and then put it back because I didn't have a ride to pick it up. But I haven't been able to talk to them about filling them again. I will have to find a ride in order to go speak to someone in person. Then find a ride to go.pick them up when they're ready. I may have to change pharmacies again. I had been saying for a while that I thought Kroger's was maybe better than CVS about answering the phone and getting prescriptions ready faster. But now I see they're worse on both things .

  Doctor sent prescription early in the morning, I go to pick up at 5:15 pm and this lady tells me to return next day because it must have been submitted by phone and the pharmacist didn't have time to check the messages. I didn't take that BS so he reluctantly proceeded to check the phone (which they never pick up anyways) and spends the following 25 minutes listening to and writing messages down !! They obviously never bother to check messages either. He says he found it and would work on my med; I waited and waited watching countless people get their prescriptions until after 45 minutes I approached the window determined to just complain there until they would produce my order and voilà ! it was magically ready !! They were just enjoying making me wait in retaliation for my defiance to not go home and return the next day. Stay away from this lousy and rude people.

  Has to be the absolute slowest pharmacy I have ever seen. Went in an hour after it was called in and they said it would be another 3 hours. Came back in 3 hours and had to wait another hour to get it. Ridiculous. Spend the money on gas to go somewhere else. It’s worth it.
