The pharmacy at Kroger on 35th St. is the worst place I have ever been. The folks are so beyond rude and act like I am stupid. My IQ is prob. greater than all of theirs combined. They rarely talk to me as a consumer, more like I am bothering them with a question about my meds. They are getting replaced in 5 weeks, per mgmt., and I hope then I can go there without leaving in frustrated tears. This will be a good place to start a pharmacy, they already are set up, just need folks who know how to run a pharmacy and treat folks like they want to be treated themselves. Do unto others the Good Book says.

My son's Dr called in a prescription that he REALLY needed & when we got there it was ready, no waiting or "we don't have that, we'll have it in tomorrow come back after 11am" like is the "norm" @ the Terry rd Kroger Pharmacy. Which gave me a mixed scrip, THEN tried to tell me it was filled correctly, took it back and showed that it was wrong, have me a credit to my Kroger Card that expired before I got to use it...
