I think the program would be beneficial to many individuals. I personally think that it is not for me. But thank you for the introduction course.

Although part of a nationwide chain, this location gives local boutique vibes. The Highlands Club Pilates is conveniently located and has been beautifully renovated. Even parking has been a nonissue. The staff is friendly/welcoming and the instructors have been phenomenal. All the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in cueing modifications or progressions as needed, catering to both new and experienced members. If anyone has been curious about Pilates, I highly recommend you try a free intro class here.

This is a great venue for people at all levels of experience on the reformer. The classes I've attended so far have all provided a well rounded workout and each has been a little different which keeps things fresh. The only thing I'd love to see change is the pricing model. It's currently limited to 3 choices: single class, 8 classes per 30 day period or unlimited. I'd love to see them add an option of say a 10 class package that's good for 6 or even 3 months, for a reasonable price. The 8 classes per 30 day period is the option I chose because the unlimited is beyond me financially. The issue I have with it is that you can't book classes beyond the last day of the 30 day period and because classes book quickly, you have a period of "dead time" until you can get in a class. This disrupts the continuity of your Pilates program.
