  I highly recommend Barre3! It’s a lovely, warm environment. There is no pressure if you can’t do a certain exercise, rather they encourage you to trust your body and do variation that suites you. I have been other places that make you feel embarrassed if you’re not keeping up. This is not one of those places. They know you by name when you walk in and make you feel welcome.

  As someone who does not care for exercise, I am SO happy to have found barre3! The instructors are kind, supportive, and encouraging. The workout is tough but fun - it makes me feel so strong! The space is so clean and bright. I highly recommend barre3!

  I wrote this review when I was a client of Barre3 "I love the upbeat atmosphere of Barre3. Mel was my instructor and the combination of the fun music and her high energy kept me motivated to keep pushing my body forward. Overall the workout was great and I could feel it days afterward, will definitely be going back!" but I love this community so much I became an instructor! Barre3 is truly one of a kind, and if you're looking for a place to get an amazing workout as well as a community where you are valued, this is your place!
