Took my 10yr old and they had to do a cauterization in the office. The office manager sat with my son and I through the entire process, mainly comforting my son. Highly recommend for any en&t issues. When called in the next day with questions Dr. Mickler actually got on the phone with me to answer all of my questions. SUPERB!!!
