  I have had a very good treatment there. Scheduling appointments is easy and I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be called back and treatment begins. My doctor is easy for talk to and my treatment is working. I highly recommend using Dr. Phillips at Nortons.

  I have had multiple sessions over a three year period due to my PD symptoms. My therapist has been Morgan H. She is patient, knowledgeable in her craft, caring and is truly an asset to Cressnan Rehab!

  Treated shabably by Md and her clerical assistants. I ran late due to major electrical work by LGE which caused a HUGHE traffic jam on I264/US 22&42 interchanges. Not my fault. Called Md's office several times in route and before my appointment time to advise of situation. I had been reschedued before this day and thus, had waited quite awhile before this day to be seen. I was told Md would not fit me in and I would have to reschedule- which would AGAIN cause inordinate delay in being seen. I advised I would continue to the office and try to make it "on time". When I arrived I was treated somewhat disrespectfully by Md's assistant and though maybe 10 minutes late, I was in a turse tone I would not be seen. I asked to see the head floor administrator to explain. She was understanding and said she would try to get another Md to see me if ok with me. It was and after several hours sitting in the waiting area, I was called in to see Dr. Crowell.

  I saw Dr Alsorogi. He sat and listened to my issues even after he was going to refer me to another doctor in the office that specialized in CMT. He set me up for a test seeing if my CMT is progressing from my first test six years ago. So when I see the doctor specializing in CMT, we will have the information we need. Dr Alsorogi and his staff were great!

  The team has always been very kind to me, professional and top notch. Dr Phillips is excellent in his treatment plans, he explains things easily. I would certainly feel amiss if I did not let a friend or family know about this place it is special.
