  i've been in this office couple times same ladies been there for a couple years and they just seem to be in pleasant not friendly. I have G.I. issues and I needed a stool to be turned in when I walked in to drop off. She had asked me if I have my name and date of birth and everything I said yes and the other lady walked in and she was like oh this is so gross. I understand this is gross, but you can't tell me that in front of my face i'm a sick person and I need this to be done and this is your job to grab the nastiness if you don't like your job, don't be there. This is very professional to work in Norton health care and have ladies such of that. Seems like all their laps are having an unprofessional people and they need to be looking for them actuallyand changing your stuff. This is getting so annoyed. This is my second place to be in. I switched and went somewhere else and she was even ruder than that CPA look for your employees and find the professional want to hire cause they are rude.

  Apparently this office likes to close wayyy before 5 and ignore patients. I arrived at 4:42 pm and the door was locked. So I started knocking on the door. Meanwhile, I can hear people laughing behind the door and talking. I try calling twice. Nothing. I can literally hear them whispering behind the door. I knock louder and ask around and they all say they should be open. I’ve never had something like that happen at Nortons before like your door and online both say open til 5. You shouldn’t lock your door almost 20 minutes before closing. I literally left my job early so I could get some important lab work done before they close but apparently that’s not how it works with Nortons or this office. Just know beforehand before you try to get in there.
