This studio is very beginner friendly. I started going to this studio after the free intro class promotion and have completely fallen in love with pilates to the point I am now taking classes multiple times a week.

Have loved my experience at CP Highlands since the intro class! The teachers are very informed and answer any questions. The studio is taken well care of. I have really enjoyed getting into pilates and the staff at CP Highlands have a huge part in that.

Loving my experience at Club Pilates so far. I had never tried reformer Pilates before & wanted a fun way for me to get some sort of strength enhancement without having to do weight lifting. The instructors are very knowledgeable and kind, I love the variety of classes that are offered (hello 6am class!) and that there is a tier structure for you to move up once you feel more advanced. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is curious about trying Pilates or for anyone who is just looking to try a new workout.

Great studio and workout. Instructors are so good and the space is clean and easy to access. I love their app to schedule workouts and keep track of goals. I've been going consistently 3-5 x/week for 2 months and am feeling stronger and more flexible and less aches and pains. Really enjoying this experience.
