- HTHayley ThomasOct 4, 20235.0I throughly enjoy all of the staff here, but Barbra Smith in the Surgery Scheduling department has been by far the best. I’ve had a lot of problems dealing with my disability, and Barbra let me vent - THEN put together a plan to get things fixed. Idk what Norton is paying her, but I know it’s not enough. Customer service skills ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
