  Literally have called 15 times and no answer… sat with a ringing line for 10 minutes!!! Finally someone picked up said Kroger pharmacy I said “yes I called…” and got hung up on!!!!! On top of I was in line waiting and a sweet older woman allowed me to cut her in line due to me being late for work and a baby with no formula.. I walk up to the counter and the woman at the window (bigger woman with red hair) says to the person helping me “we don’t help people who are impatient and cut people in line. Next time move on to the next person and help them last”. Not even knowing I didn’t ask to cut I didn’t make anyone move out of my way I sat there patiently and the woman saw I was in a hurry and told me to get in front of her. I said no it’s ok and she insisted.. The people at this pharmacy really really need to work on costumer service. I don’t care how busy it is. Being respectful to people costs zero dollars especially when they aren’t being rude to you or anyone else… and on top of that don’t be rude and snobby to someone for something you ASSUME they did. Seriously I’ll drive other places far away before going here again and getting treated like I’m dirt under their shoes! I thought Kroger was way better than that.

  This was the worst out of several times it had happened. Dropped off a RX at 11am they said it would be ready by 2. (Specifically said I needed it filled today because it was for my wife who had a procedure done and would need them tonight) I came in at 3 just to give them extra time, was told they had the ones scheduled for refill ready but the ones dropped off were marked for next day fill. Explained the situation and was asked to give them 15 min to fill it, ok I came back nearly 30 min later they said there was one still not filled to give them 15 minutes that's the time they needed. Told them that was what they told me nearly an hour ago and they said they needed more time. Got home with the ones filled and they were wrong they were old ones that caused her BP to drop and she had told them herself not to fill those anymore. No longer doing business here the staff and pharmacist cannot seem to do thier jobs properly much less in the time they quote you.
