The ladies there were great, especially Cassie and Sam. They showed me a really nice selection of glasses and I was happy with my choice. Would definitely recommend ❤️

I had a great experience from start to finish. The process was smooth and easy, and the customer service truly stood out. Sonia went above and beyond she explained everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and even helped me transfer my benefits from Visionworks without any hassle. That level of care made a big difference. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a stress-free experience and top-tier service.

I will NEVER go to this store again, not only could the associate not access my correct eye insurance information, even after trying twice, she insisted that the total for my glasses would be over $300, and after asking her to show me how she arrived at this number, she could not explain it adequately, stating that they had “special lenses that costs $200.” What?! Polycarbonate is polycarbonate! I went to another place that was also in network, and lo and behold, they were able to access the correct insurance information on their first try, and I walked out paying only $30 for the same prescription. Lens Crafters is a total ripoff and will try and overcharge you if you don’t know your benefits coverages and pay attention. Shame on them!

I was in recently after a long time of not changing my prescription and had a smooth experience! Went over to the optical shop area and Hanna was the absolute GOAT. We talked about styles and after telling her I was going for a vintage vibe she was on the case. She found four different frames for me in what has to be record breaking time. Then we debated and chatted but never once did I feel rushed! It was such a refreshing interaction. Glasses also came in super fast and pickup was maybe 15 minutes fitting included. Super efficient location!

Hanna at Lens Crafters at Hamburg provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to answer every question we had, was extremely knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. Her friendly and accommodating approach truly stood out.
In addition, LensCrafters offered some great deals that saved both my daughter and me a significant amount of money. We couldn't be happier with the service and value we received. Highly recommend!
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
