Customer service is subpar, they need better communication skills and patience. I should change pharmacy’s but it’s such a hassle and my insurance prefers Kroger. I’ll probably just start that process since it’s most likely easier than dealing with the employees here.

The customer service is horrible. The lady that works there, with short hair, is just so hateful and rude. No compassion, no care, not even a "Hello". Im shocked. I went there to pick up a friend's prescription, I am so glad they are not my pharmacy. A guy in front of me had forgot to ask for two empty bottles for his child's medication for school, she looked at him with total disgust and just stormed off. He was nice and apologized multiple times and she ignored him. That was heartbreaking because I know it can be stressful to make sure kids school medicine is appropriately labeled and dropped off at school... people make mistakes. But that doesn't mean you should make them feel the way that man felt.

Probably the worst Pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. They can’t fill orders in a timely manner and they hang up on people constantly. A person calls asking serious questions about their medications after being on hold for 20 minutes only to be hung up on. It’s a sad world when you can’t depend on a corporate pharmacy to supply citizens with their medications. SMH 🤦‍♂️

Their hours on Sunday say open until 5 but they actually close about 30 minutes before then. I went on Monday on my lunch and got in line to order the script. The lady told me that they were open until 9. I told her twice in our conversation that I plan to wait in the store. I come back 20 minutes later to find that they closed for lunch. Why wasn't I told this when I ordered it?! I'm trying to fill a seizure medication for a dog and if we miss one dose, she clusters. I can no longer risk her health by using this pharmacy so I'm switching to another one where they are open consistently and longer on Sunday.
