  Everyone at this location is simply the best!!! They go above and beyond on everything they do. Over the years they have helped my family in so many ways i can’t even begin to share all the great experiences I have had with this location! This particular incident Kim was awesome, again won’t go into detail but all I can say is wow I am impressed at the level of customer service she shows everytime I speak to her! Even the techs at this location show they care, I have seen Dawson (a tech at this location) out in public outside of his work and he always says hi to my kids and calls them by name! That is pretty awesome and makes you feel good knowing they see probably hundreds of people and still yet can remember your child’s name, that is how it should be. I know I only mentioned two people at this location, but every employee there treats you like family and makes you feel welcomed eveytime you have to fo there! Anyhow, if you are in need of a pharmacy this is the ONLY place I would recommend in Lexington!!!

  The management and staff of the Mill Pond Kroger pharmacy goes above and beyond what is expected of them at all times. They are an excellent group of people to deal with.

  KIM--pharmacy "manager" VERY rude and condescending to customers. Called my doctor saying my driver's license was expired--it's not--and raising so many questions because I was trying to fill a TN prescription (which had been filled at this exact pharmacy at least six times prior to this visit). This caused my doctor to call me asking what had transpired and calling Kim's questions "very weird." Sounds like your new pharmacy manager needs better training on how to use her system as well as basic courtesy to (now former) Kroger customers. I would think with the opioid and meth epidemics being what they are in Kentucky, KIM would have more to worry about than a very common prescription from someone who is obviously not a reason for alarm. Guess I caught her on a day when she wasn't feeling very confident in her job. Not questioning "how she practices pharmacy," but I am certainly questioning how she treats customers @kroger ! Thanks, Kim, for allowing me a very public venue to air my feedback since you hung up on me when I tried to speak with you directly!! Epitome of professionalism and service!
