  Love waiting in line for them to open but no one is here. This happens often which means there must be a lack of accountability.

  Update; back to normal recently. I've been coming to this pharmacy off and on for the past 14 years with little to no problems. Pharmacists carry quite a bit of power in our state. They can deny filling your prescription for a few reasons. However, when someone calls in a prescription and you're told that it will be ready in a couple of hours, only for you to arrive and be told that they would not fill it. My doctor's office reached out to them and spoke to the pharmacist, and they filled the medication. Thankfully. I would have been more than happy to explain my medical situation to them.

  I truly miss the the Kroger store I met when I arrived in this area 9yrs ago. Sense COVID, store has declined, staff I've known sense my first visit, gone do to the corporate change. They drove all of us out by having terrible staff, crude, too busy talking to others, ignore a customer with arm full of groceries, not assist in helping customers ring up heavy products. Shame, this store has declined in cleanliness, staff, prices sickly high. Pharmacy has declined as well. Horrible customer service. My husband picks up his scri0ys and that is in process of changing as well. Almost a decade and we are sick of corporate greed in just 3yrs.
