    I spoke with Amy Rouse on the phone. She was very rude, short and unhelpful. She talked down to me on the phone as thou I was wasting her time. She interrupted several times on the phone and would not listen Again just rude and short. One of the worst I've ever experienced. Not the way to treat a potential paying customer. It was really frustrating. I'll assume she was having a bad day and I hope the next customer gets better service.

    Poor evaluation skills. Biased to person paying the bill. Did not perform a full evaluation on the plaintiff.

    "First, do no harm." This place is lauded by the Courts. Their stock in trade is a negative, harmful report, giving the Court broad discretion. This is a good business model for them... they keep their client happy. In the long run, you are not their client. You will pay. You are not their client. You will be hurt, but you will not be giving them business next year. Trust here and lose what is most dear. All parties will have negatives compiled. They are aware this "works" for repeat business....not yours. Avoid this place. They are not your friend. They are not objective. They are not helpful. They are not healing. They are in the business of writing damning reports on all parties, and it is a business model that works for them and the Court. Not you. I am sorry, but this place is sick and happy. There are bad things in the world. Dr. Feinberg is one of them. --------------- Shame: Into whatsoever houses I enter, I will enter to help the sick, and I will abstain from all intentional wrong-doing and harm, especially from abusing the bodies of man or woman, bond or free. And whatsoever I shall see or hear in the course of my profession, as well as outside my profession in my intercourse with men, if it be what should not be published abroad, I will never divulge, holding such things to be holy secrets. Now if I carry out this oath, and break it not, may I gain for ever reputation among all men for my life and for my art; but if I break it and forswear myself, may the opposite befall me.
