We’re supposed to get the lab results on Wednesday cause the second doctor said it is necessary to rule out a specific illness. No prescription was given despite the presence of symptoms (nothing to alleviate pain). It’s Friday now and still NO update! The first doctor did a urinalysis and took a medical history but no prescription was given too. So we end up buying over the counter drugs and trust ChatGPT to recommend a good drug for us. All we want is a referral (the hospital said this is a requirement) so we can have a consultation with a SPECIALIST cause all they do is get a medical history. Why is it so hard to give a referral? Why make us wait with no treatment? Is this a tactic to maximize the insurance and get more money? It’s been a week already. Why not do something to alleviate the symptoms at least while waiting for the results???
