The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
Was in and out in 10 minutes, reminds of going to the school nurse when you didn’t feel well in school. The basic throat, ear and blood pressure check and that was it. Horrible people skills, and lack of concern or care.

The worst care I have ever received at a doctor's office. The provider at the front desk was nice but the NP (Jessica Blackburn) was extremely rude and acted as if I was wasting her time being there. I was seen in the clinic for a cough, body aches and chills, nausea, headache, shortness of breath, etc. . The provider had previously called me in cough syrup and a steroid for my cough (5 days before this appointment) and I came back since neither of those seemed to be working and my symptoms had gotten rapidly worse. She only addresses my cough and told me it "wasn't bronchitis yet" but as I kept coughing the inflammation would only get worse. When I asked her what I could do for my other symptoms since I was now dealing with more than just the cough and she immediately claimed that there was nothing she could do since it was only a viral infection and I would just have to let it run its course. When I asked for a note for classes she only provided me one for the day that I was seen (even though my appointment did not conclude until 4:30pm). After seeing this, I asked for a note for classes the next day, in case I was still not feeling good, she refused and told me that there was no reason I shouldn't be able to go back to classes and physical activity tomorrow. After leaving my appointment extremely frustrated I called the phone number listed on the website to speak to her and ask if it would be possible for me to receive a note if I was still not feeling better tomorrow. My call sent me to a customer service representative who left a message for Jessica in the office and they told me she would call me back before 7pm. I did not receive a call back so I called back a second time asking to speak to her again, and I was again told she would call back before they closed. This also never happened and I was told on my last call before they closed that she would call me back before 10am this morning. This same customer service representative also told me that by the sounds of the NP that I had seen, she would recommend getting care somewhere else. It is now 7pm (over 24 hours after my first request to receive a call back) and I have gotten no call back from Jessica or anyone from this little clinic. Don't waste your time here.

I had an appointment and only waited a few minutes before the doctor saw me. The staff was very friendly.

I like this better than going to the doctors. They can usually see you within 2 hours and get done quickly.

Little clinic closes at 4:30pm, I walked in with my daughter at 3:30pm and signed in. We were there due to strep throat symptoms. We signed in and waited for about 15-20 minutes, before one of the Rn's came and got another employee out of one of the rooms where she appeared to be on the phone. When she came out she told me that my daughter couldn't be seen because they were booked up and they close at 4:30pm because it was Sunday. That the machine shouldn't have let me sign in because they were already booked. Well guess what? It let me sign in, and we were still turned away. I consider this BS. Now to figure out where else to take my sick daughter. If my Doctors office would've been open, I would've taken her there. This happened at the Richmond rd. Location.
