  My visit to The Little clinic at Bryan station was basically worthless. The APRN a Hazel Gonzalez basically said she couldn't treat me for my gout flare up because my blood pressure was spiking because of the pain. I understood that she didn't feel comfortable treating me but then after I left she must have spent a good deal of time writing up a long and detailed summary of the visit that didn't happen including giving me advice about this and that when during the visit the only thing she said was she was going to test me for my high blood pressure that I already know I have and test me for my gout which I already know I have. I'm not sure she was trying to write the summary so it seemed like she did a whole bunch of work to help me when she did not help me at all but then after paying $99 for that visit , 3 weeks later I get another bill for $115 for the same visit. I have gone to other Little Clinics and never had such bad service.

  Had a DOT physical appointment scheduled for 12pm for an employee. I called to make the payment for the physical 30 minutes prior to the appointment and was told that they didn't have a doctor there that was certified to do a DOT physical. I asked if they normally let people know that in advance if they have appointments scheduled, her response, "look, we are doing COVID testing and there is a 7 hour wait right now, so I didn't have time to look at you on the schedule." very professional. I had hoped the reviews were just a couple of bad experiences, but it does seem like the staff is short handed and not very customer service oriented. Also, a 7 hour wait? really...
