They don't pick up the phone and they don't call when your results come in. They answer the phone and hang up on you. Just over all worst clinic.

- JBJeshurun BenavidesJan 11, 20191.0I went for treatment, was given a script for medication on a respiratory illness, and was told to call back if I didn’t improve. Two days pass and I’m not improving but deteriorating due to night coughing. I call back to check and see if I need to change anything, and some different reception lady proceeds to tell me they’ll call me back, but that I can’t have Ambien, assuming I’m a junkie I guess? I call back hours later after not getting a returned call to find that she’s still short, still brusque with me. All I want is to get better, don’t mind me, I’ll just sit here and cough until my ribs crack 🙃. Thanks for the negative assumption and writing me off. The nurse practitioner, however, Patricia was very very nice and charming. Edit- did finally get a call back and a script for an antibiotic.
