Waited 20 minutes nobody was even there. Left. Horrible service. If you schedule an appointment you should be seen at that time

The nurse practitioner was very kind and helpful. The wait wasn’t long and I left with a prescription to make me feel better. Kind of expensive compared to UTC however.

1 Star best fits the service you will receive if you choose this location. I know my body and I know I can’t kick a sinus infection without antibiotics. Instead, the physician on the clock was rude and refused to prescribe an antibiotic. It started from the initial introduction when I noticed her rude behavior and overall inability to take her job serious. Being polite with your patients should be a physician’s number one priority, instead with this particular physician I was told, “ I’m going to print off documentation stating the differences between viruses and infections.” Basically here you go, now leave!! Do not waste your time or money on this location!!
