I'm 26yo adult male. Been over a month and they still have no records of the testing and I have gotten no results or response back but I'm expected to pay the balance for a treatment I didn't receive?

The rude woman up front told me to use the check in option. Checked in at 3:30 pm today....online said there was a two hour wait and to come at 5:30. Of course the rude woman says she can't find my check in even though I have a confirmation number she refuses to see us again. Took my daughter elsewhere. I work in healthcare and was shocked at how rude the front desk staff was. I love Kroger but very disappointed in the clinic.
