  Do not waste your time! They do not care for the patients only want to schedule you for 15 minute window!!! STAY AWAY. They don’t even let their employees eat lunch. They have to work through it due to backed up patients!!!

  If they don't answer the phone due to being understaffed, you are supposed to get redirected to the Little Clinic Call Center. Well, the phone at the clinic at the store just rang and rang each time I tried calling, signifying that the redirection to the call center was not set or working. I gave low stars for having to find the call center number for the Little Clinic under Customer Service / Contact Us. When talking to the Little Clinic agent at the call center, they were very helpful. I told them that the call redirect was not working and they said they would follow up. I think we can all agree that not being able to talk to the store directly can be very inconvenient, depending on the need.

  Nurse practioner did not look at me take temperature ask about current medications etc. Only looked at computer to see that I had been treated there over a year ago with same symptoms for diverticulitis. She refused treatment saying she couldn’t prove that it was. Told me to follow up with primary care which I would have anyway and get referred to gastro. All very reasonable but those appointments will take weeks to get. in the meantime no antibiotics 🤷‍♀️

  Go to any other Little Clinic. I made an appointment for 11:20 and almost an hour later and I have not been seen yet. A gentlemen there had an appointment for 12:00 and was also seen before I was. I very clearly don’t feel good and the receptionist (Ronda) was so slow. She made me stand around for 5 minutes before I could simply tell her I had an appointment. She then proceeded to take 30 minutes with my ID and insurance card. She was also on the computer the whole time, so I’m not too sure what took so long. This has been the worst doctor experience I have ever had. I’ve never had any issues with the Little Clinic at other locations. Literally go anywhere else except this location!!! You will wait at least an hour past your appointment time.
