A gentlemen there had an appointment for 12:00 and was also seen before I was. I very clearly don’t feel good and the receptionist (Ronda) was so slow. She made me stand around for 5 minutes before I could simply tell her I had an appointment. She then proceeded to take 30 minutes with my ID and insurance card. She was also on the computer the whole time, so I’m not too sure what took so long. This has been the worst doctor experience I have ever had. I’ve never had any issues with the Little Clinic at other locations. Literally go anywhere else except this location!!! You will wait at least an hour past your appointment time.
