They have a meal plan thats flexible and most importantly very doable and allergy conscious! Leslie and the entire crew have created a non-judgemental space where you vent, learn and grow. I am down 17lbs thanks to their education on weight management and their low cal snack and protien shakes sold in store! Stop in and say hello! You've got nothing to loose......but the weight!!!!!
