  They have never really been an issue in terms of getting the prescriptions that I need filled, however they are a constant inconvenience in terms of hours of operation... 9am is too late of an opening hour, should be 8am, and why would you shut down the entire pharmacy for lunch everyday? They have 5 or 6 people working in the pharmacy and they can't send 1 or 2 on lunch break at a time and keep everything running??? Most people will be available to pick up their meds before work... So more commonly before 9am... On their lunch break... Which them shutting down around 1 doesn't help anything... Or after work. Im just ranting because this consistently happens to me and I go out of my way to come get my meds and they are closed. Guess that's on me, but I'd like a pharmacy that opens at 8am and doesn't completely shut down for lunch.... All I'm saying.

  Are people supposed to know that your pharmacy hours are different than what they are on Google AND your website? I went there TWICE at posted hours only to find it CLOSED with a sign on the door with completely different hours. Are people supposed to magically know the new hours that aren’t posted unless they walk up to the door? Are they going to be compensated for the gas they waste when they find out the pharmacy is closed?

  No wonder this pharmacy has the worst rating among all other pharmacies in Lexington. I went to the drop off window and gave them my driver license and my insurance card she said have a seat and we will call you in 10 minutes. I waited for 40 minutes and no one call me. Don't ever never go to this pharmacy unless you want to wast your time.

  Lanie (not sure about spelling) is super. I'm asking that she be recognized for a job well done relative to customer service. She always has a smile and an authentic concern for the customer. If you (store manager) have a true knowledge of customer service, you understand that this is all it takes. Please let her know that she has received a completely unsolicited compliment and a great big thank you from one of her many appreciative and satisfied customers !
