As you can tell from other recent reviews, the staff at the pharmacy come across rushed and uncaring. I even got hung up on when I asked a question, heard the receiver click. Don't recommend, go down the street to WalGreens.

Poor service overall. The techs always act like they can’t be bothered with you. They never call your doctor for the auto refills. They threat everyone like they’re drug seeking even if it’s just an antibiotic or blood pressure script. The only reason I use them is because they are the only place in town that keeps my regular meds in stock.

I have consistently had disappointing experiences at this pharmacy. Although the posted drive-through hours state they are open until 6:00 PM on Saturdays, I waited in line for approximately 20 minutes before a technician came to the window at 5:15 PM and informed me—rudely—that the drive-through was closed and that I needed to come inside.
If the pharmacy cannot reliably honor the hours listed online and on the drive-through window, it raises concerns about their overall reliability in handling important medications. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the drive-through service is the primary reason many customers choose this location. At a minimum, customers deserve consistency and respectful communication rather than unexpected changes to operating hours and being made to feel at fault for following the posted information.

This is the worst kroger pharmacy! They never have my medicine ready at the time they say it will be ready. They are very slow & always have a line that they don’t tend too or take forever to let the person in line that they will be with them. When I get here the tell me that it isn’t ready but they will have it ready in 15 minutes and it take 45 minutes very unprofessional. I really wish I didn’t have to give you a star because you all dont deserve it !
