    I've had nothing but pleasant experiences out of Kroger Hartland pharmacy. They've never failed to be helpful, polite, and courteous from Pharmacist Robbie to Adam and Kaleb and everyone else.

    The pharmacy is supposed to stay open until 8 p.m. Numerous times I have come running in at 7:45/7:50 and it is completely closed up. Like there aren't even employees still doing end of the shift tasks or anything. The gates are down, and it is dark. If they want to close at 7:45, that is their prerogative. The store hours should then reflect that time. Not 8 p.m. I guess I should just know better...

    Nothing but problems. Poor communication with doctors office and/or insurance. Prescriptions are either not ready when I was told they would be, or completely wrong every time. Think it's time to switch to a real pharmacy. What a joke.

    Helpful and informative pharmacists. Happy to help transfer your prescription to a place that is cheaper even if it isn't a Krogers. And if you have to wait for the prescription they have it ready under 30 minutes. There is also a walk up window so you do not have to go in to krogers. Also there is a small clinic for flu shots
