  I love this pharmacy. The group of people have been there for many years. They take the time to talk to me about my prescriptions and reach out to hard to get hold of neurology. They go above and beyond. It has a great small community feel. Thanks

  I've had nothing but pleasant experiences out of Kroger Hartland pharmacy. They've never failed to be helpful, polite, and courteous from Pharmacist Robbie to Adam and Kaleb and everyone else.

  We transferred our prescriptions from Tates Creek pharmacy over to Hartland because it's closer to our house. So far, we have not had as good customer service over at Hartland as we did at Tates Creek, however that could be just because we were at Tates Creek for such a long time. The other thing is Heartland does not have a drive-thru but it does have a walk-up window. Although you have to listen very close because the speakers in there window is not as good as they used to be or else they have them turn down very low because you can't hear very well that or else your microphone on the inside is shot. If you go inside it's pretty easy!!!! you can drop off at one window and it doesn't take maybe 20 minutes to get your prescription at the longest, you go shop! And by the time you're done getting shopping done they have your prescription finished. They've never failed to have it done by the time I'm done. Just this afternoon my daughter needed her prescription for her ear infection we dropped it off drove over to get coffee at Common Grounds, drove around to Goodwill before we could get out of our truck, we got a text, yes they can do that too, that are prescription was ready for pickup. The only dislikes I've found so far is sometimes they are being bothered or they're just in a bad mood, and no drive thru, and the sound at the walk up window needs help other than that it's great. I love Kroger because they're clean and safe environment for my child and family, the pharmacy always makes sure that medicine is not going to interact with any other medication that we have.Kroger is the best we have had so far.
