Kroger's phone menu is so awful that it is unbearable. I'm switching to a local pharmacy or Walmart when necessary. My copay’s are very high. Check with your insurer to locate the cheapest pharmacy option. The copay for almost every drug I use through the insurance mail order pharmacy is zero.

I Have Been a Loyal Customer for 25 years to this Store and Pharmacy...I Have seen it Go Down quick..The New Pharmacy Staff is Very Rude and Unprofessional...I Called about a Perscription and this Girl named Natelie Hung up on me very Rude Person...So I went up there to talk to the Manager some guy with Glasses anther Unprofessional Person act like he didn't care...So I am taking my Business some where else ..I will never Step foot in that Kroger never again.....
