    I used to love this pharmacy, the pharmacist are always so great especially Jimmy, but recently services have been declining, most of the staff is unfriendly and not helpful, about two weeks ago, I had issues with my prescription and was told I was going to be able to get it filled the next day once it arrived around 12pm but then when I showed up I was told they couldn’t order it but the dark haired told me it would be here, it was not! Come to find out it had to be specifically compounded at another pharmacy and they wasted my time especially that employee for not knowing what she was talking about, nor showed no care. Luckily another employee took it upon herself to go above and beyond to call my doctors office and get it figured out. Fast coward to Wednesday I go thru the drive thru to pick up my prescription and the other dark haired employee is working and was really rude and I tried to ask her about what happened and she didn’t have a clue, and dismissed everything. I hope if the Kroger pharmacy is reading this, most of your staff is great and wonderful, but some of them need to be retrained

    I like the location of the pharmacy because it’s close to home. But since changing their hours, closing early on Saturday and Sunday. Has made it very inconvenient to pick up a prescription. Going back to Walgreens at least I stay up until 10.

    the staff is trying hard to serve the patient as quickly as they can, but because they are always busy it takes a while to get served.
