Not only did we have an appointment, but we also CONFIRMED that appointment. When we continued to ask if there was a problem, we were told the doctor would be right with us. When we were finally seen, there was no mention of our wait time. No apologies from anyone. Absolutely horrible customer service. Staff and doctor acted erratically. Very strange. I advise you go elsewhere for your eye care.
