  Our daughter has been here several times since Child First opened. Tanya Crockett was always amazing and we always had a great experience and felt our concerns were heard. The last two visits we have seen a different provider. I won’t name the provider, but they are a condescending know it all that spends the visit doing nothing but telling you that you know nothing and leave you feeling that you don’t know what’s best for your child. We will not be returning. You’d be better off paying the extra $240 on your copay and taking your child to the ER.

  Super nice office but the APRN has a major ego and is not special needs kids friendly. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR AUTISTIC CHILDREN Left without a diaper rash cream or Nausea medication when asked.

  Everything about our visit exceeded our expectations! Staff was efficient, friendly and the clinic was incredibly clean! Our first choice for pediatric urgent care!

  The staff is amazing. My daughter loved the popsicle she got after her flu test. As we were leaving after our appointment she got sick in the parking lot. They brought us out a bag to have on the car ride home!

  This urgent care has been the best urgent care we’ve been to and we came all the way from Frankfort Kentucky just to find a place we can trust. My in-laws had their children’s sick and told us about this place, and it was exactly what they mentioned. A very helpful and careful and knowledgeable. Urgent care with very friendly staff, who help not just prescribe medicine, but truly diagnose the issue with our kids. God bless the staff and the facility.
