    Usually they have it ready within 30 mins. Very nice ppl behind the counter, will explain anything I don't understand about new meds! I also have signed up on the website, it notifies me with a text an email when it's been filled an ready for pickup!

    I was told this morning that my refill prescriptions which were currently in stock would not be refilled until tomorrow. I made this refill request at 9:30 am. Drove 20 minutes to the store because they were not picking up the phone. These were blamed on short staffing, however there was currently no one in line inside or outside of the store. This is unacceptable, especially since other Krogers in Bardstown, Danville and even Harrodsburgs have had little to no difficulty getting prescriptions filled within an hour after requesting them.

    If I could give this place less than a 1 star I sure would. This pharmacy is a complete JOKE! The workers are ridiculously stupid and it makes my job as a mother to 7 extremely hard. Never again! All 4 of my experiences with them have been a total flop!
