Ling story short.. the employees never have an answer, no one EVER answers the phone, they are rude and the list goes on. I have switched pharmacies but had to use kroger again today and the story is the same!!!!!!

I know 7:56 is almost 8:00, but when you close the shade and it feels like you know we've been waiting (because you have cameras,) it's super frustrating after multiple times of this happening. Change your hours if you need to, but what your providing is too important to have to wait until the next day (sometimes).

Family had appointment and someone came up and asked for a vaccine. They were taken ahead of my children who had the appointment and were there waiting. Please stop the insensitive behavior.
