  Went for severe throat pain. NP laughed at me and told me to just take ibuprofen and she could not help me. $60 copay and that’s all the medical advice I received. This place is a scam.

  The doctor at this location tried to tell me that I had to send my son with his mother when I have primary custody of my child. I told him no way I was doing that and I left. You later gave a statement to my wife saying that we snuck out the back door. I will never use him or this location again! !

  I brought my son in for a finger wound. He had sliced the tip of his pinky finger off on a mandolin on Saturday evening 1/3 and I did not bring him in until Monday afternoon 1/5. The entire experience with the Monday evening crew was absolutely amazing. From the intake desk to release with post care instructions. These ladies were all so helpful and caring and extremely competent. My son’s wound ended up having to be cauterized to stop the bleeding and these women executed the procedure perfectly. Highly recommended. I can’t thank you ladies enough.

  The care team felt like family, from the front door all the way through the process. I was very sick, tried to self-care through the holidays and found myself feeling concerns I may be suffering from something beyond my ability. It was New Year’s Day when I reached my breaking point. I thought ER was my plight (the last place I wanted to go willingly). I was thrilled to discover Urent Care was open. So, I masked up, mustered up energy and went in, I think I was their first patient. After tests and examination, we determined what I had and I was able to chart a course I could manager with the prescribed remedies. Thank you Care Team !
